Shipping Policy

This policy will help you understand what shipping options Afro-Originals® offers, order processing timeframe, email notifications, estimated delivery, and shipping zones.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Order processing occurs within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There may be delays in order processing and shipping due to a high volume of orders, supply shortages, or carrier service issues outside of Afro-Originals®' control. If such situations occur, Afro-Originals® will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Afro-Originals® ships to addresses domestically. That includes the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Afro-Originals® does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO (Air/Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, or Diplomatic Post Office) and international addresses.

Currently, Afro-Originals®' shipping carrier is the United States Post Service (USPS). 

For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You will also receive email notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it's delivered.

Returns & Exchanges
